Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction failure through citruseazypay

While filling the registrationform for IPMIIM-ROHTAK on 21/03/2021, I submitted the registration fees of Rs.3890/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
Please get my money refunded back in my account as soon as possible.
In bank statement [protected] is mentioned in narration
And [protected] is mentioned as ref no.
