Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction failure thru citruseazypay

Sir, While filling the HVSP on 25/02/2022, I submitted the PAYMENT Rs.2483/- thru HDFC netbanking via CITRUSEAZYPAY.
Though the amount was debited from my account the form was not submitted as immediately after deduction there was a msg on screen saying sorry for inconvenience and you can again continue transaction some other time etc.etc.
Please get my money refunded back in my account as soon as possible.
