Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction made to Zara via Citrus

On ordering from Zara I had payed Citrus from Gpay the money got successfully sent to Citrus. However, Zara cancelled it. The transaction took place on 23rd December 2020. I haven’t got the refund till now. No one seems to cooperate

I have also had the same issue. They haven’t credited back the money till now. I think that they are not planning to return our money back to us.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 24/12/2020 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
