[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction not successful but money got deducted using upi

On 2nd december 2017 at 9:25 pm i was trying to book an flight from delhi to silchar through ixigo app using cheapticket portal for an amount of rs.6480. I used email id - [protected]@gmail.com and phone number - [protected].in the payment mode i selected upi and paid using my upi id "[protected]@upi". The money got deducted using merchant upi id "[protected]@axisbank" but my transaction was not successful and i was redirected to payment page. After that i cancelled the transaction to book from different payment method. But my money got deducted from my bank and i have also attached the image of my bank statement shownig my money got deducted. I neither got any comfirmation message or mail nor any cancellation message or mail for the same. I just have my bank statement as a prooff that my money got deducted.
"so i please request you to refund my money to my bank".
