[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction related query

On 15th april, 2020, i did a transaction of rs.1600 for the registration of comedk using the upi payment interface. My account got debited but neither i got any transaction confirmation from citrus on my mail or mobile number nor did the merchant site (Comedk) show up that the transaction was successful or not. The only reference number i have is upi transaction id that i got from my upi app.[protected]
