[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction through debit card | |||
Sir I have done an online transaction against citrus transaction ID CTX[protected] for 34198.84₹ which failed and is confirmed as failed by [protected]@citruspay.com and auto reversed on 29/12/17 as said, but not yet credited into my account. My bank doesn't not support dispute complaint, as advised by your customer care to be raised me. Kindly re-rverse the transaction, so i can get my money back. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.
