Hi team, I have been duped of 9989 rupees by a citrus user. I am sharing the screenshot of transaction id and also call recording. I have also lodged complaint with cyber crime branch. I have also sent email to [protected]@payu.in but its not going through. I should atleast know the user who used my card details. Please help me here or it would be clear you are intrentionally supporting fraudsters. I am attaching the screenshot of the complaint I made to Cyber Police Department.
