I was placing an order on zara india online on 23 june and used upi as my payment method. I used paytm to pay the money as requested by citrus pay which zara uses. The money got debited from my account but transaction was failed on citrus pay website.
So zara kept my order on pending and i had to use my card. I haven’t been initiated any refund till now. So kindly take a look into it.

It’s very unfortunate to know that UPI being such convenient mode of payment would turn to to be such a disaster. The amount is been processed through my account but Zara site is displaying that the amount is yet to be paid. It’s been a hassle full experience. Kindly look into this matter and try and resolve the inconvenience the customer is facing.
