Citrus Payment Solutions — URGENT: Regarding refund of the double payment of zara order- writing third time, no response

I order from the Zara app on 26/11/2020 and opted for UPI payment for my order. When I tried to pay through my UPI app, the payment was successful from my end, but Zara did not receive my order and the payment was pending. I placed the same order again and paid for it again which was successful the second time. But the refund for the first transaction has not been reflected in my account yet. Kindly provide me some information about my refund and help me with my refund of Rs 3588.

I request you to please help since every penny for me counts a lot at this moment.
