I have a citrus pay account with mobile number [protected] and i have made a withdrawl of 3500 from citrus pay wallet to my sbi account on 4th nov. But the money has not been crdeited to my sbi account still now. The withdrawl status is unknown and there is no customer care representative to talk to and contact us section is a waste of time as i got no response for around 10-15 mail requests i have made. I have many commitments and need money. Pls look into it and do helpful
