First complaint : sir i transferred citrus wallet amount of rs.5000 to my bank account on 12/08/2017, transaction number - txn id : ctx[protected] Ref id : 2228351. Message i received that for money transfer to bank will take two days time. More than six days went, still now i did not received in my account. I gave ecs to other party, i expected this amount will tally but ecs return and charged me for non maintenance in bank. Iam using more than 18 years in this bank, this is first time i got black mark. Please check and do the need full. Second complaint:from citrus you called me and told will solve problem but instead of that you have taken 65000.
