Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara cancellation Refund not initiated

Was placing an order on zara india online on 27th november and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through paytm for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction from via @statebankofindia and money got deducted from my account.
I cancelled the particular order on 28th but did not receive my refund of it

Kindly check my concern and give me my refund at the earliest.
