Hi. This is the second time i am writing complaint. While ordering from zara i made payment thru upi and money got successfully transferred to citrus payment soln still it was not received by zara and they cancelled my order.. its a request kindly reply me regarding my refund of 2990 pls refund the amt. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 2990.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
