I had made a complaint with you but after sometime, you stopped responding to it. I had made a purchase with Zara on 30 June. My money was deducted but neither has the refund been initiated nor have you been responding to the complaint. You had asked me to mail my particulars used during the transaction to [protected]@payu.in and I did, but I haven’t heard from you since. Kindly initiate the refund.
