[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara Mumbai - Amount deducted but not received by ZARA and order cancelled

Order placed on on 26/10/2020 for a dress on Zara India website, opting for in-store delivery. Amount paid using GPay, and debited from account. The amount has not been received by Zara and order was not confirmed (later got email that it is cancelled). Called on Zara helpline and they said the same. Request the payment portal to refund the amount IN FULL at the earliest.
