[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — zara online - payment deducted from account but not reflected on the app for purchase

Hello,
I have made payment for a purchase on zara.com for rs.3990on 7 th may 2020 at 7:40 pm. The amount has been deducted from my account but the payment isn't reflected in the transaction for purchase. Since the website has claimed to make the payment again as there was an error and has proposed to cancel the order, please look into the issue as soon as possible.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been reversed on 08/05/2020 via RRN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
