I placed a order on 15 November on Zara and opted for payment via upi
And then did payment with my upi I’d through paytm for which Zara used citrus payment gateway.
And my money got debited from my account but Zara didn’t received the amount.
So I tried to cancel the order so that the money refund in my account
But didn’t
I haven’t been initiated my refund.
