[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara order payment failure

Hi I placed an order on zara on1st September for an amount of 4290. It got deducted as I tried via UPI but the order did not get complete.
So I cancelled the order in the hopes I’ll get my money back and it hasn’t been credited back to my account.
Please look into this and refund my money.
