Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara order refund still not received

Ordered a shirt and jacket from Zara on November using UPI via Citrus Pay. I returned my shirt because of a size issue. Zara cleared my refund on the 5th December and told me the amount would be refunded within 14 days. I contacted them again since I did not receive the refund and finally got the transaction ID of the refund. I want to know the status of my refund as it has been more than a month and I still have not received my amount. The transaction ID is OL[protected]. Kindly help.
