Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara payment deducted but zara didnt receive the payment

The money was deducted from my account on 23rd May 2021 by citrus solution but zara didn’t receive the payment and so my order was cancelled. I kindly request you to check and refund my amount as soon as possible. It has already been 7 days seen I’ve done the payment.
