Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara payment deducted yet order not placed

I made a purchase of ₹2990 (Zara) on 19th September 2021 through UPI Citrus solution. The amount was debited but my order was cancelled. PFA picture, I would like a refund at the earliest. Please take this as a matter o[censored]tmost concern.

processed for Rs. 2990 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
