Citrus Payment Solutions — ZARA payment failed but the amount has been deducted

Was purchasing a perfume online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of phone pay .My money 1290 rupees got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.
