I had placed an order on Zara on 25th November 2021 & the payment mode selected was UPI. I had made payment through GooglePay & gateway partner of Zara is Citrus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Now the payment is debited from my account but was not made through, payment was struck and I’ve to do repayment from other mode. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) from the date of refund.
