[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — ZARA refund not yet initiated

I made an online order on Zara and paid via UPI to Citrus Payment Solutions on 12th December, 2021. However, I returned the product and it was successfully returned on 31st December, 2021. Since then, I haven’t been given a refund and I ask you to initiate the refund at the earliest convenience as it’s been a month since I made my order.
