Hi I have ordered sneakers from Zara, today and had done payment via Gpay, my money has been deducted from my Gpay account but then I got a mail from Zara that my order is pending, can you pls refund back my money of ₹2680 and my order number is [protected].

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
