My Zara amount of rs. 5900 has been deducted by citrus payment but showed as payment failed on Zara. No refund initiated.
In my previous complaint you have marked it as resolved when it isn’t and asked me to post private details for you to actually resolve. Please actually help in resolving and not just to show on your page that you are when you are not.
Should you not help, I will take up legally. Pls contact via email or phone to get the accurate details - I will not post them on a public forum.
