Sir/madam, i was made a payment of rs. 1253.93/- through my debit card for on line in-favor of nios new delhi via citrus pay on dated 30/06/2016 at around 03:06 p.m. my card shows the balance deducted of amount rs. 1253.93/- but the system not generate the payment slip & the amount of rs. 1253.93/- was not deposited in favor of nios new delhi. i am attaching my latest bank statement (atm statement). so you are requested to make arrangement for refunding my money as soon as possible. On 30-6-17, i have pay my exam fees from NIOS site, in which i have done all the process of payment when i feed otp after some second it shows the error page but when i have check my account statement amount is deduct from my account and i have no transaction id also, plz help me in this manner what should i do.
