Citruspay Kotak — fraud transaction of rs 5000

I am kuldeep singh writing you this complaint regarding fraud transaction that done through your application.

On 16th aug, 2019, i received a call from[protected] number. He already knows my all bank and debit card details. Through that, he did 1 fraud transaction and transfer around rs. 5000 from my sbi account.

Please take necessary action and solve this matter asap.

I request you to please do necessary action urgently for my refund
