I received a link through kotak for
completing the account opening process for kotak mahindra 811 account during full KYC
Then i paid through given link using debit card . The amount got debited and i also received a confirmation but there was no payment received.
Kindly refund the money since it's a necessity considering the current situation due to the ongoing pandemic, if not then i will have to look for consumer forums.br...

I am kuldeep singh writing you this complaint regarding fraud transaction that done through your application.
On 16th aug, 2019, i received a call from[protected] number. He already knows my all bank and debit card details. Through that, he did 1 fraud transaction and transfer around rs. 5000 from my sbi account.
Please take necessary action and solve this matter asap.

Transaction initiated by a fraudster and called for OTP on 18/06/2019.
Please note his mobile number. This man has no fear and still picking the mobile no and abusing.
The person generated a transaction and asked for OTP, delay caused that to expire, he again generated on citrus pay and again asked for OTP.
This guy may be your employee also, please make sure this guy is booked. His mobile no...
