[Resolved] Citruspay Kotak — Regarding Payment | |||
I received a link through kotak for completing the account opening process for kotak mahindra 811 account during full KYC Then i paid through given link using debit card . The amount got debited and i also received a confirmation but there was no payment received. Kindly refund the money since it's a necessity considering the current situation due to the ongoing pandemic, if not then i will have to look for consumer forums. Regards.
