Citruspay Kotak — Payment debited from my SBI account

Someone transfered money from my SBI bank account to
CITRUSPAY KOTAK MUMBAI .Totally three transactions done in[protected]

OTHPG 261029 CITRUSPAY KOTAK MUMBAI - 10, 000.00 time 10.47 AM

OTHPG 267472 CITRUSPAY KOTAK MUMBAI - 19, 800.00 time 11.04 AM

OTHPG 282736 CITRUSPAY KOTAK MUMBAI -7900.00 time 11.42 AM

Could you please check & refund the amount to as same bank process & clear the issue.
