I Sandesh Manohar Devre won cidco flat on Oct 2, 2018 through Defence Quota. My application No is [protected]. Due to financial issue, i have raised complaint through Cidco Nivara Kendra website online to surrender my flat on 08 Oct 2019. My complaint document sheet No is 1955 dt 08 Oct 2019. But no any reply from your representative and try to talk with your representative also. Due to away from home being Army person, I can't possible to give application to your organisation. Now days, I met to your staff and hand over to my request application to surrender of flat and refund of EMD Amount after deduction of such charges. However your staff said me that your EMD Amount can't return due to issues of allotment letter. ... Therefore, May I request you to surrender of flat and refund of EMD money at your end. I shall be grateful to you for act of kindness being Army person... thanking you
