City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] — Water Supply Bill payment

I paid my waterbill of ₹765/- on 3 December 2020 through Googlepay but the transaction went in processing state and on Cidco website, it showed failed. Money was debited from my bank. After that on google pay it was showing processing only. And today on 8th December 2020 that transaction became successful. But still on cidco website, it is showing as failed. Transaction id is CIDCOWS[protected] It is showing failed on cidco website and money has been deducted from my account. Please help. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 08, 2020 Updated by Pritesh Chaudhari Consumer number : 80201076. Also after the transaction failed. I paid the water bill through debit card but I had to pay two times. So I am complaining for the refund of my first paid 765₹ which were debited from my accy but transaction failed on Googlepay

Bank of Maharashtra, Ulawe Branch

It is not updated in the system yet. We have received new bill with pending last month due.

Kindly do the needful.
