City Union Bank — cash deposit machine issues at pollachi cub branch

Hi All,

I have raised this issues very serious note for all CUB branch bank staff & CUB Customers, I have deposited 10, 000 rs in Pollachi branch 6700 rs amount saved and again i deposited 3300 machine displays hardware error and raised the complaint they saying 7, 700 deposit to account and remaining amount not deposited how the machine took 1000 rs and remaining not getting? This is Official account i have transfer to my office account directly.

I am not getting proper solutions till now. In that machine same week number off complaints raised but branch manager and staff saying not deposited.

I have given letter i am also having corporate account & my brother having Office Accounts but they are not responding the issues.

By tomorrow i will raise an RBI complaint please note it.

I have to go to take a money in the SBI ATM...the ATM machine is as well as probelm at the same time I not got 500 rs but message will update u have take 500...so please I give refund my money 500rs
