Dear representative,
I have made a payment of amout 2268 to slicepayrazorpay via google pay (Upi trns id[protected].
The amout has been debited from my account but bill was not processed. I enquired the customer care and they informed me that they did not receive any payment as the payment was failed. And also i dint any message from cub when amout was debited. While checking the statement i came across the transaction details (I have attached the statement). So i kindly request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

I have done irctc transaction through cub net banking payment confirmation is awaiting from your end kindly confirm payment. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. In cub online banking lots of time transaction failure issue coming. Transaction ID [protected]
