[Resolved]  City Union Bank — Internet banking issue

Internet banking issue is not resolved after following it up multiple times Bank has updated the user id to new user id without informing the account holder and I am unable to access the Internet banking which is causing me the problems in all the online transactions since it is a salary account . Please take an action against bank and solve my issue ASAP.
