I have been receiving transaction notifications frequently from city union bank account number xxxxxxxx06 for the past 2 months. I doesnt have any bank account in city union bank and am using the same mobile number ([protected]) for the last 10 yrs. I suspect a fake account may have been created with my aadhar photocopy handgloving with bank officials which is not surprising these times. There is a possibility i may be taxed for the illegal monetary transfers. I have called the city union bank customer service twice who acknowledged their mistake and reasoned out possible data entry error of inputting my phone number but failed in keeping up their promise of discontinuing notification to my mobile number. If the problem is not resolved now, i will sue the bank in consumer court for their negligence in causing me a psychological disturbance.

          Hi.
          Using my visa debit card i tried to load cash in ola money for rs.599. Amount got deducted from cub account but transaction failed in ola money. So i mailed and asked ola customer care they said amount was not received from their side and requested me to contact cub for any delay in refund. Kindly suggest and help me with this issue. How can i raise for refund and when will i get it. I also mailed [protected]@cityunionbank.in twice and i got no reply from them.

              Internet banking issue

              Internet banking issue is not resolved after following it up multiple times Bank has updated the user id to new user id without informing the account holder and I am unable to access the Internet banking which is causing me the problems in all the online transactions since it is a salary account .               Hello
              I am vignesh kumar. I have opened an account on cub (Srm university) 4 years back. I have changed my account from tambaram branch (Srm univerrsity) to royapuram branch.
              Since i lost my debit card, i have applied for a new debit card 3 months before. But still i didnt get my card.
              I asked them the reason 1 month after i apply. They said some stupid reasons and asked me to write a request letter for applying a debit card again.
              Even then, i didnt receive my card. Again i visited the bank and asked the reason. They said that my card was delivered to my old branch. So i went to that bank (Tambaram branch-srm univ) and asked them. They checked and said that they didnt have my card.
              I even went to my area post office. They also said that they didnt receive any posts from cub.

              I went back to the bank and told the scenario.. They again asked me to write a new request letter and assured me that they will send the card to my address. I didnt have any other option. So i did write a letter.

              Last week[protected], they again tell the same reason. The branch manager came forward and said that i'll get my card within 4 days. But i didnt receive my card till date.

              This is how this bank functions. I request the authorities to take a legal action against them.

              First of all I Thank this organization (CUB) for the trust and confidence in me to disburse the loan .
              I am having a housing loan account ref no : 301407(Swayam Graha) at Thanjavur main branch. I'm paying the monthly EMI of Rs.8500 regular basis and paid for 129 months. the loan is about to complete within two months duration. now when i am checking my account it is showing balance near to Rs.90000. The loan was availed at 11% ROI .
              Now i come to understand that there is a reversal in rate of interest for the same.
              Hence i request you to kindly consider the availed ROI and reduce the Present interest rate and do the needful.

              This was the mail sent on 23rd Feb 2018 & the same request was submitted on January 2018 in person at the branch.(thanjavur). Further to that subsequently i had sent several mails at regular intervals to the branch and even on 26th Apr 2018 i sent the mail to customer care also. Till now the issue has not been resolved.
              Kindly guide me how to proceed.

                As i am registering complaint against city union bank - kuthalam bank (pin-609801) staffs. the counter staffs are behaving very rude manner to my mom. she is not educated hence needs cub counter for money transactions but cub staff always forcing to use atm eventhough they know that some of their account holders are not having enough knowledge to use atm machine also they insist us to get help from atm security which is against the safety o[censored]ser. they insult my mom by some kidding words.

                Requesting your necessary action to make them user friendly.

                        CUB ulundurpet ATM dispensed a fake 500rs on dec 27th 2015. I raised the issue with CUB villupuram branch and sent them the fake 500rs via speed post (Ref no: ET[protected]IN). They told they will credit my hdfc acct. But now they are delaying the payment giving petty reasons such as cashier on leave, speed post not received etc. I called them multiple times but no use. Can some one help me ?

                            Dear Sir, I m a customer of your bank and also SBI and KVB. But I m not any unwanted deduction from the above banks except your bank. But I don't know why you are deduct monthly Rs.28.63 for visa card. In the meantime your are not credit any interest for my balance as per RBI instruction (RBI instruct all bankers are pay the interest day to day balance) If it is continued I m sorry to quit from your bank.                                   Sorry to say this that the bank service is really poor. Bank in-charges do not respond to calls and are unable to clear the query and they bluntly just keep the call down if they receive the call.
                                  I regret in making an account in this bank...

                                      I RECHARGED MY CELL WITH DATA RECHARGE OF RS.149 IN PAYTM. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE RECHARGE BUT THE AMOUNT WAS TRANSFERRED. SO PLEASE CHECK IT AND REFUND THE AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
