[Resolved] City Union Bank — power cut during cash withdrawal

During cash withdrawal yesterday in indicash atm (Atm no:tyys0095) there was power cut and i received the message saying the amount (₹6500) has been debited before i could collect the cash. I was told to wait for 24 hours so that the money could be credited again but i haven't received it yet. Kindly help me with this issue to the nearest time. Thanks in advance. I returned my package on amazon so they issued a refund of Rs 499 for the same on 17th September 2018. But the refund has not been generated in my account yet. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I cub account holder my account number is [protected] in paramakudi Branch. Bank debit every month debit monthly maintenance charges RS 29.50.I don't like monthly maintenance charges.please rectify this problem.it will continue I will close my account.
