[Resolved] City Union Bank — timeout error in atm, money not refunded | |||
On march 29th by 19:01pm, i have attempted to withdraw rs. 9000 and rs. 3000 from cub atm near srm university. First transaction of rs. 9000 was successfully dispensed, but the second transaction rs. 3000 was not dispensed and timeout error displayed in the screen. I have received an sms from my standard chartered bank that the amount is debited from my account. Still my amount of rs. 3000 has not been reversed to my account. Kindly credit my the amount back in my account. And let me know how long it will take to refund my amount, since other banks like hdfc, icici will refund within next 5-10 mins if this error occurs.
