City Union Bank — transfer of amount to wrong account | |||
Complainant: m/s. Webcot Neft request for rs.28, 688/- made on 25.06.2019 to kings pharmaceutical distributors, tripunithura to the acc no.[protected] with ifsc code ciub0000379. The utr reference is barbu[protected] dt.25.06.2019. The transfer was done from our bank of baroda account with aluva branch The amount was wrongly credited to the acc. No.[protected] which is an account of a different party in coimbatore branch. We are following up with bank of baroda for recalling the amount and they are sending letters to citi union bank.
