[Resolved] City Union Bank — upi transaction failed but money deducted | |
I have used upi payment method for transaction and it got failed but money also deducted. I happened multiple times and when i have raised complain in the upi application (Paytm, phonepe), they are telling to contact my bank. I have used phonepe for a transaction and it got failed but money also deducted. when I have raised complain in the phonepe, they are telling that your refund amount is credited to your account please contact my bank.
