I had gone to Mysore and had booked a cab from CK cabs. We had booked an Innova. We had a horrible experience with the driver. The guy was very rude to us from the very beginning. As we were travelling with 1 yr old infant we had to tolerate the slang language from the driver as we had no other option other than to listen to him. He threatened us in the middle of the road to pay Rs 6000 and if we do not pay he will drop us in mid way and also told that we won’t get any car from this place. During that time we had talk to the CK cab but they told us to give him anything. Finally he went to the petrol pump and told them to refill the tank which cost us around Rs 3080. Moreover, he did not allow us to feed the child in his car so we had feed him outside in the mid of the busy road. On top of that, he never used to pick from the point of destination. My mother cannot walk so we requested him to pick us from the place where he dropped us but he replied and ordered us to come to the parking place as he is busy. The front glass of the car was fully broken and the driver was not wearing the seat belt in the highway. Our full journey was spoilt because of this driver. Finally he has charged Rs 5080. I would like to put complain for the mental harassment all over the journey and threatening us to drop mid way if we do not pay. The mobile number of the driver is as below: [protected]
