This is in regards to order that I had placed online at www.clarks.in for 2 pairs of women shoes amounting to Rs. 3948/ which I had placed on the 13th of february 2015. The payment was made online by AXIS bank net banking services. The amount has been deducted from my account and a confirmation mail from clarks.in has also been received by me.
The problem is they have still not dispatched the order. When customer care number is contacted, it is not being received. The email id they ave provided is also false.
