Clarks India — Refund

I had placed an order for a clarks women scandals with order no 2508100 of Rs. 2400/-. I had made the payment through my ICICI Bank credit card on 20th Jan 2015 post which i received an email from Clarks customer care that the Piece is not available with them. I have requested for my refund and have been chasing them through emails but have not received any revert. The online service is pathetic, the money gets deducted and then for refund they take months. It's daunt on the brand image. The customer care numbers are good for nothing as no one responds. Would apprecaite a quick resolution to this. Best
