Clarks — Ladies closed shoes

Within weeks time heel broke I.e sole broke.
Bought it from Inorbit Malad.
Given there for repair/ replacement on 5th September 2016 and still they have not given me the shoes back.
Shopper stop repair slip nonis 13656 dated 05/09/2016

Now when called them they said that they have not received Mh shoes back from Clarks.
Is this the time span for replacement of Clarks shoes
Hope I get feedback on priority.
I had also sent mail in this regards.
