Clarks — Refund Not Received - Order #[protected]

I finally received my refund today from Eshopbox through Neft.

All their orders are fulfilled/managed by Eshopbox. Apart from multiple emails to Clark’s, I contacted the Delhivery agent who picked my order and pressurised him to escalate my refund dispute with Eshopbox.
Eshopbox is the culprit which is delaying these refunds, I think.
