One day I got a call from an unknown number. A lady named Maya was speaking from there she told me about the online typing work where I have to complete 700 forms in one week @ 35 rs. I thought it was genuine so I said yes to her. She asked me to send her my adhar card, passport size photo, e-mail address and home address. I sent her the details by trusting her. After some time she called me and said me to open the link https://www.typingwork.in/ and do the digital signature. At that time she didn't inform me anything about the contract agreement. I signed digitally and started doing work. In the evening I suddenly opened my gmail account and there I found a mail from the company containing the contract agreement. I read the contract thoroughly and it was written there that if I couldn't complete the work and if there was not 90% accuracy then I have to pay the penalty charges of 6000/- to them else they will take legal action against me. After reading the contract I mailed them to cancel my I'd as i didn't want to do the work for such kind of company that asked me to pay the penalty for not completing the work but they told me that you have to complete the target else you pay the penalty. So I tried my hard to complete the target but I couldn't so again I request them to give me some extra time to complete the work but they asked me to pay extra charges of 2000/- per day. I couldn't understand what kind of company is this. Why are they asking for pay the money ? After one week I got an e-mail from the legal department of the company where they sent me a final notice to deposit the penalty charges or they will take a legal action against me. They also threaten me by writing that if I don't pay the charges then they will use my adhar card details to destroy my cibil score and my bank account also. I am very worried about it please help me.
