[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Bad service | |
I have used clay international sims just once so far and my experience with it was terrible enough to not use it again... I was in London for about 5 weeks using their network sim. Out of those 5 weeks, where after 1 week itself I had to buy myself a local prepaid sim card from London itself, spent about an extra 10 pounds on it because the clay sim card worked and didn’t work at random intervals.. The network quality was very bad poor... I got tired and fed up of trying to connect to their customer care and ultimately I had to email them to disconnect my services while I was still in London. Funny was that I was asked to justify the reason for my disconnection and that they would charge me rentals for all the 5 weeks that I had rented the sim for. After enough tussle and argument I got charged for just some 10 days and nothing more. But the point is why go through this torture when you can absolutely avoid this.
