I am sharing one of my worst experiences with this service provider. I took clay international sim card to use in duabi. I had taken their prepaid platinum plan for almost 4500 rs and despite paying so much with some free benefits to use, i landed up spending thrice the money. I was wrongly charged for data despite having 1gb free data. To note my data usage was mostly on wifi. I was charged twice on every call i made, even when i had free minutes. All in all, clay continued to charge me despite free minutes to avail. On calling their customer care, they said that as per their records, i have consumed all my free minutes and data. Please tell me how is it practically possible for a person to consume 1 gb data and 200 free minutes for india calling in 3 days. Its really beyond my comprehension.
