I had opted for the Clay Buzz 15 days Unlimited data plan for my business trip to Europe in the month of May for a period of 2 weeks.
In spite of being an unlimited data plan, I was charged Rs.4, 650 for data usage and the amount deducted from my Credit card.
On contacting them for this error, they acknowledged it and mentioned they will reverse the amount in 7 days... now after 2 months of numerous calls and emails to all the email ids possible, they have decided on their own to reverse only Rs.1, 857 as a credit note without any justification or break up on this amount.
I need an explanation on why the complete amount which was wrongly charged has not been reversed and I want it to be reversed on my credit card.
The response from each and every person from this company post this sim purchase has been absolutely pathetic with no care or responsibility at all.
We have blocked CLAY in our company as a sim provider to officials travelling abroad.
I am really sick of their careless attitude and complete lack of professional conduct.
